SUMMARY
The Snowboard Supervisor assists with overseeing the adult snowboard lesson program, supporting instructors, organizing lessons, and ensuring quality guest service and safety. The position also provides instructor coaching and support and may teach snowboard lessons as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

· Assist with the daily operations of the adult snowboard lesson program.

· Assign instructors to group and private lessons based on experience, certification, availability, and guest needs.

· Organize lesson groups and ensure guests are placed at the appropriate ability level.

· Monitor lesson operations, instructor utilization, and guest wait times.

· Provide instructors with coaching, support, and constructive feedback.

· Assist with training, mentoring, and developing snowboard instructors.

· Communicate assignments, schedules, and operational updates to instructors.

· Address instructor and guest questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.

· Enforce safety standards, company policies, and Snow Sports School procedures.

· Coordinate with other Snow Sports School supervisors and resort departments.

· Assist instructors and team members as needed.

· Teach group and private snowboard lessons when assigned or operationally necessary.

· Perform other duties as assigned by Snow Sports School leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

Job description

The Cook reports to the Sous Chef & Executive Chef to prepare food in accordance with resort specifications in a high volume, fast paced fine dining kitchen. The Cook is responsible for exceeding guest expectations by maintaining consistent quality standards and working in a team environment to ensure a successful food service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Produce a successful service in a while handling multiple priorities with a high degree of professionalism.
Use complex cooking techniques to prepare meats, fish, vegetables and other foods in accordance with resort specifications.
Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes or as instructed using various kitchen utensils and equipment.
Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
Observe and test foods to determine if cooked sufficiently, using methods such as tasting, smelling, or piercing them with utensils.
Plate all food items in accordance with guest orders and company specifications then places on line for pick-up.
Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as: equipment, work surfaces and serving areas to ensure safe / sanitary food-handling.
Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock.
Work in a team environment to deliver superior customer service and ensure complete guest satisfaction.
Maintain procedures to (1) ensure the security and proper storage of inventory and equipment, (2) enforce adherence to operating instructions and minimize misuse of supplies to ensure to re-usable goods are wasted (3) analyze supplies / equipment and associated expenses, including preventative maintenance (4) research, evaluate and purchase supplies / equipment as needed.
Ensure confidentiality of all trade secrets, keeping all recipes, policies and procedures secure.
Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation.

SUMMARY

The Snowmaker position is responsible for operating snowmaking equipment to produce artificial snow on ski slopes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Monitor fluid levels and make necessary adjustments using the appropriate fluids.
Perform minor machinery repairs and report any major issues to the Foreman.
Safely connect hoses and initiate operation of air and water guns.
Aim and adjust guns to ensure optimal snow quality and coverage.
Safely disconnect hoses if the guns become frozen.
Properly connect fan guns to electrical boxes.
Shut down and drain water from the guns as needed.
Transport guns and equipment safely around the slopes.
Identify assigned hydrants on the hill.
Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Access gate maintenance.

Lift Operator

Lift Operators: will direct the safe and efficient loading and unloading of guests of all ability levels on ski lifts through constant communication, awareness, and decision making.

Execute safe, efficient and courteous loading and unloading of guests from ski lifts.
Ensure operating lifts are constantly monitored by a trained Lift Operator.
Check guest lift passes to ensure authorized to use resort services.

Follow standard operating procedures to maintain safe conditions.
Act as an Ambassador for the Resort by greeting guests, sharing conditions of runs and current events.

Working knowledge of emergency procedures, including lift evacuations.

Inn Maintenance Technician

SUMMARY

The Hotel Maintenance Technician will work in a team and independent environment to complete routine maintenance and repair projects at the Peek ‘n Peak Resort Inn, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, carpentry, commercial equipment repair, pool operations, fire safety systems, snow/trash removal, and landscaping. This individual must be independently motivated and able to complete tasks in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Work in a team and independent environment on maintenance requests as assigned by Management to complete projects within established timeframes.
Complete electronic and hard-copy maintenance logs to document repair status, daily activities, and communicate information to management, departments, or across work shifts.
Perform a wide variety of semi-skilled preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance at the Inn, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, carpentry, commercial equipment repair, pool operations, fire safety systems, snow/trash removal, and landscaping.
Deliver efficient, friendly service by communicating with management, co-workers, and guests at all levels.
Inspect, operate, and test equipment to diagnose problems, provide solutions, and perform repairs.
Dismantle equipment or devices to access and remove defective parts using hand and/or power tools.
Repair equipment, devices, or structures using tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, saws, drills, wrenches, precision measuring instruments, and electronic testing devices.
Assist project managers with transporting and securing materials, completing specific tasks to ensure assigned work is completed in a safe, efficient manner.
Operate equipment to complete snow/trash removal as assigned, ensuring a safe environment, preventing damage or injury, and minimizing liability exposure.
Perform pump, motor, and chemical balancing of swimming pools; some technicians may be certified in-depth in operations and chemical adjustments (as required).
Maintain company vehicle, equipment, tools, and other supplies in good working condition, reporting required maintenance, damage, or safety concerns to management immediately.
Develop a working knowledge of operations and equipment in each facility to expedite maintenance completion.
